Have You Moved in 2023-2024?

 

Last chance to update before W2's are sent out!!

If your address has changed, please update your mailing address in Workday! 

When you update your address via Workday, Human Resources will automatically be notified. This will ensure your 2024 W-2 will be delivered without delay.

The address we have on file for you is on your paycheck or pay stub.

Beast Week Suggestions

 

Beast Week is a weeklong celebration of the people behind the mountain; all of you! 

For Killington Resort and Pico Mountain's 5th Annual Beast Week, we would like to know what activities for employee recognition YOU would like to see.

Some of the past activities we've done for Beast Week include:

Pizza kits

Tubing party with s'mores

Free breakfast sandwiches/burritos

Contests with fun prizes

Staff Food Discounts Over the Holidays

 

With the holidays upon us, employees can expect some extra restrictions on food discounts during busy days.

 

Food discounts are restricted at dinner only at Preston's and the Wobbly Barn from December 27th through December 31st.

 

Employees are asked to avoid the K-1 and Peak food courts Dec 27th -Dec 31st from 12pm-2pm. There are no discount restrictions, just the request. 

Employee Assistance Program

 

Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential and professional counseling service designed to help address any personal or family concerns you may have.

All appointments are being scheduled by phone.

Killington/Pico has arranged to have this service available to all staff and their immediate family members at no cost for up to three appointments.

 

In addition to your EAP, there are other resources in the area that can help with various concerns. You are not alone.

Employee Discount Reminder

 

Just a reminder that if you are looking to utilize your F&B or retail discounts you must have your employee pass present.

This includes all retail locations, all base lodge F&B operations, Preston's Restaurant, The Wobbly Barn and the Killington Grad Hotel Cafe.

 

If you do not have your pass, your discount cannot be applied.

 

REMINDER:  If you have misplaced your employee pass, you can have your pass replaced in the HR office.

• We have a loaded events calendar this holiday season, featuring Tubing Night presented by bubly, Kids Corner Holiday Activites, New Years Eve Celebration & Fireworks and more.
• The South Ridge Quad and Sunrise Triple are now open. Skiing riding to and from Sunrise is ungroomed, thin cover and recommended for experts only. Shuttle service will be available for transport assistance at Sunrise.
• All Uphill Travel Routes are open aside from Sunrise to top of Bear Mountain. Staff and Passholders do not have to purchase Uphill Travel Pass, though passes must be acquired online and armbands can be picked up at ticket locations during operating hours.
