2025/26 Employee Survey
Because the initial survey was limiting written responses, we are re-opening the Annual Employment Engagement Survey!
1) If you already completed the survey and have no additional comments to add, no further actions are necessary - your survey is recorded.
2) If you completed the survey but wanted to add more comments - open this survey, skip to the written response questions and add your comments.
3) If you did not complete the first survey, this survey is the same as the original one and now allows longer written responses - please proceed and answer all questions.

Reciprocal Letter Requests
|
Planning a trip to another ski resort?
New this year: Active employees and their dependents do not need reciprocal letters for POWDR resorts. Passes will work directly at the gates.
All reciprocal letter requests must be submitted through the online form on The Beast Link at: www.killington.com/employee → Search “Reciprocal.”
Please remember: Requests submitted more than two weeks in advance
will be automatically denied.

Forgot Your Pass at Home?
You already know that if you've lost your employee pass, you get a new one in the Human Resources office. But if you forgot your employee pass at home, go to a ticket window and ask for a one-day employee forgot pass ticket.
You'll receive a temporary RFID card that you can use through the gates and for other employee discounts.
To reactivate your employee pass the next day, just take it through one of the lift gates, or call HR at (802) 422-6709 with your employee pass in hand.
The temporary RFID card is meant to only be used for the one day. It is NOT meant to replace your employee pass.

Staff Pond Skim Sign up
It's back! The annual spring Pond Skim returns to Killington once again on Saturday, April 11 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Employees will be able to participate for free, but spots are limited and first come, first served. If you're interested in claiming a spot, please send an email to events@killington.com to receive the link to register.

- This Saturday is the last operating day for our Snowdon Triple, which has faithfully serviced skiers & riders since 1973. Ride the lift on Saturday, Mar. 21st to enter in for a chance to bring home one of the lift’s 194(!) chairs. The remainer of chairs will be auctioned off, benefiting the Killington Giving Fund.
- The Ledgewood Yurt will be closing for the season on Mar. 22nd along with the Tubing Park and Clubhouse Grill.
- The Skyeship Gondola and lodge will be closing for the season on Mar. 29. Get those Peak to Creek laps in!
