Paycom tip: Approve your Check
The “Approve Your Check” feature allows you to:
Review your hours worked
Confirm pay rates and deductions
Verify PTO and other earnings
Catch and report any discrepancies before payday
Review your check carefully and click Approve. If you notice anything incorrect, notify your supervisor immediately so it can be addressed before payroll is processed.
Timely approval helps ensure accurate and on-time pay for everyone.

Employee, Volunteer & Dependent F&B Discount Update
We’d like to share a quick update on staff dining discounts to help ensure a great experience for guests and you, our team members, during our busiest times.
Preston’s
Good news: Fridays are no longer restricted for staff discounts at Preston’s!
However, staff food (60%) and alcohol (50%) discounts are restricted on Saturdays (effective Sat. Dec. 20), as well as peak and holiday dates.
The Ledgewood Yurt
New & Improved! We’re excited to introduce a new staff discount at the Yurt:
25% off food and alcohol on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays FOR WALK-INS ONLY.
No staff food or alcohol discounts on Saturdays, Sundays, or peak/holiday dates
K-1 Lodge & Peak Lodge
There are no discount restrictions at these locations. However, to help enhance our guests experience during high-volume times, we kindly ask staff to avoid dining at K-1 or the Peak Lodge between 12–2 pm on Saturdays and peak/holiday dates when possible.
Thank you for your flexibility and support during our busiest periods and we’re glad to be able to add new opportunities for staff discounts this season.

Forgot Your Pass at Home?
You already know that if you've lost your employee pass, you get a new one in the Human Resources office. But if you forgot your employee pass at home, go to a ticket window and ask for a one-day employee forgot pass ticket.
You'll receive a temporary RFID card that you can use through the gates and for other employee discounts.
To reactivate your employee pass the next day, just take it through one of the lift gates, or call HR at (802) 422-6709 with your employee pass in hand.
The temporary RFID card is meant to only be used for the one day. It is NOT meant to replace your employee pass.

Please remember: Requests submitted more than two weeks in advance
will be automatically denied.

- The new Superstar Umbrella Bar, formerly known as the Roaring Brook Umbrella Bar is now open Fri. - Sun. for the season.
- We are hosting the 200K Shred Day event at the Superstar Umbrella Bar on Friday, Feb. 20. More details .
- Pico is open 7 days a week through March 2. The Outpost Double will remain closed until further notice due to mechanical issue with drive. More details to come. The Summit Express Quad is undergoing repairs and is tentative to run on Friday, Feb. 20 and Saturday, Feb. 21. Stay tuned on Pico Conditions Report for more details.
- In the case the Summit Express is closed, the will be in effect.
- The Mountain G.O.A.T. will be providing some additional free shuttling for our guests on Saturday & Sunday between our K-1, Snowshed, and Ramshead base lodges.
