'You've Been Noticed' cards are awarded by supervisors or managers to team members that have been 'noticed' for: Embodying one of our Hospitality Standards, demonstrating Safety, or representing our Sustainability initiatives.

Staff Household Compost Welcome at Snowshed Kitchen
All staff are welcome to drop off household food scraps for composting
daily from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the Snowshed kitchen.
Location: Green compost bins are located inside the kitchen, to the right of the walk-in coolers.
Entry: Park by the recycle dumpster and enter through the back loading dock door.
✅ Accepted:
Meat & seafood scraps
Dairy products
Fruit & vegetable scraps
🚫 Not Accepted:
No plastic bags – please empty your scraps into the bin and discard the empty bag in the trash can by the dish machine.
After dropping your scraps into the bin, please cover them with a scoop of wood shavings. You’ll find a bin of Bio Blend shavings next to the compost bins.
If you have questions about the composting process, the F&B team is happy to help when you stop in.

Mountain Biking Reciprocal Privileges
We are pleased to be able to offer reciprocal bike park riding privileges at many of the best and upcoming bike parks in the Northeast!
*Each Bike Park may have a different process for Killington employees to receive complimentary Bike Park Lift Tickets at their respective locations, so please follow the Bike Park's instructions for voucher redemption and be prepared to provide all required items to receive your complimentary lift ticket. *
At this time, only Killington employees may receive complimentary lift tickets as most bike parks are asking for proof of employment. Dependents will NOT be honored for complimentary tickets, but we hope you still go bike and purchase anything extra.

- The K-1 Gondola will be closed to mountain biking from September 8th - September 17th.
- Starting on September 11th, the K-1 Gondola will be open daily for Scenic Gondola Rides and foot traffic only. The Peak Lodge will be open daily at this time.
