The Beast's annual employee survey has been extended until Sunday March 23rd!

 

This survey is being done through Mercer, an outside company, and is completely ANONYMOUS.

 

This survey is NOW mobile friendly.

Goodbye Workday, Hello Paycom!

 

We are pleased to announce that we are changing payroll providers from Workday to Paycom. Paycom offers you more functionality, plus it’s easy to use, even on your smartphone. You’ll also be introduced to Beti™, Paycom’s automated payroll experience, so you can own and manage your personal pay data.

Request Time Off

Review and approve your paycheck

See your take-home pay before payday

Enroll in benefits

Change contact information

Review your deductions

Change your withholdings & more!

 

UPDATE!
Everyone's first day punching in and out with Paycom will be Saturday March 29th.

Our first paycheck with the new Paycom system will be on Thursday April 3rd.

 

Your new employee ID will be sent out by Paycom to the email address we have on file - stay tuned for more info!

 

(You will NOT need a new employee pass at this time. Your current employee pass will work for discounts and lift access.)

 

Once you receive the email, you will need to download the free Paycom Mobile app.

 

 We are very excited about the transition to Paycom and cannot wait for you to enjoy the new features.

Reciprocal Requests

 

Planning a trip to another ski resort?

Just a reminder that all reciprocal requests are to be made thru our online form on
The Beast Link at www.killington.com/employee >> Search Reciprocal

 

A letter request is required for each employee/eligible dependent/volunteer for each day of visit at each resort.

 

Requests made more than 2 weeks in advance will automatically be denied.

Wobbly Barn is closing for the season!

The Wobbly Barn's last day is Saturday March 29th.

There are NO BLACKOUTS ON EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS through the end of the season.

Forgot Your Pass at Home?

 

You already know that if you've lost your employee pass, you get a new one in the Human Resources office. But if you forgot your employee pass at home, go to a ticket window and ask for a one-day employee forgot pass ticket.

 

You'll receive a temporary RFID card that you can use through the gates and for other employee discounts.

 

To reactivate your employee pass the next day, just take it through one of the lift gates, or call HR at (802) 422-6709 with your employee pass in hand.

 

The temporary RFID card is meant to only be used for the one day. It is NOT meant to replace your employee pass.

Employee Discount Reminder

 

Just a reminder that if you are looking to utilize your F&B or retail discounts you must have your employee pass present.

This includes all retail locations, all base lodge F&B operations, Preston's Restaurant, The Wobbly Barn and the Killington Grad Hotel Cafe.

 

If you do not have your pass, your discount cannot be applied.

 

REMINDER:  If you have misplaced your employee pass, you can have your pass replaced in the HR office.

In addition to your EAP, there are other resources in the area that can help with various concerns. You are not alone.

• The Ledgewood Yurt is open for its final weekend on March 22 and March 23. Staff discounts will be acknowledged on Sunday.
• Skyeship Gondola Stages I & II will close for the season on Sunday, March 30th along with the Skyeship Base Lodge and Rollin' Rooster.
• Killington will host Love Your Peaks, a breast cancer prevention event & fundraising campaign organized by Boarding for Breast Cancer on Saturday March 29th. There will be a Tribute Ride meeting at the top of the K-1 Gondola at 2:45 p.m. See more details and don't forget to wear pink!
